Cover Letter
My goals are simple, to be a successful web developer/designer, and to be a published artist/writer. I decided to pursue advertising and marketing when I was in High School. I also knew that I wanted to pursue a field in technology. Today I am a student at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh enrolled in the Interactive Media program. I have opened my eyes and mind to the opinions of others and the possibilities that exist for an inspiring individual. The Art Institute of Pittsburgh has taught me that if I plan on achieving my goals I must try harder and continue to progress as an individual and employee. I do not want to be a failure and I know that I have chosen the right program of study for me. My family and some select teachers have influenced me to become a better individual and employee. My family guides me through hard decisions and my favorite teachers inspire me to achieve. If it were not for these influences I would not possess the mentality to achieve more and the morale to keep achieving. I realize that creating websites and graphics requires much more than just one skill. Creativity, discipline, organization, composition, and for me the list will continue to compile each day. I am a technology geek and I am an artist but I also want to be a successful writer. I chose the field of Interactivity and Advertising because I can blend all of my favorite talents into a profession that I love.
